Find three different clients you can work with to explore these methods practically. Again, in normal circumstances, I would not recommend that you work with friends or family but you can do so for the purposes of practice. Be extremely careful as you take these first exploratory steps and very sensitive in respect of what you say and do. Ideally your client should only experience, from their perspective, a positive and uplifting chat (in the case of confession), a restful lie-down while you massage or minister to them (in the case of a soul lost through shock) or a time of relaxation with eyes closed in the case of a soul retrieval where you are required to locate and rescue a soul lost through trauma. If your client asks what you did for them it is better to give as little information as possible to avoid re-awakening old feelings and memories. You can simply say that you returned good energy to their souls.
